TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Warranty

National Petroleum Equipment offers a minimum 12 month warranty to all products from date of purchase unless otherwise indicated. The warranty applies to faulty material and workmanship. It does not apply to damage caused either accidentally or deliberately to the goods.
 
 
Return of Goods
National Petroleum Equipment will not accept the return of any goods without a member of our staff being notified and approval given for the items to be returned. All goods returned will be at the expense of the sender unless otherwise instructed by an NPE staff member. National Petroleum Equipment will not accept any freight charges for goods returned unless authorized. If goods are returned for any reason other than a warranty claim a handling fee may be charged.
 
 
Freight
Freight is F.O.B. All goods will be dispatched by National Petroleum Equipment via our preferred freight company unless otherwise advised. The goods will generally be sent via road transport or overnight, subject to the size of the goods. Stock will be dispatched from our West Gosford store or direct from the manufacturer if necessary. National Petroleum Equipment will always endeavour to keep freight charges to a minimum.
 
 
Goods Dispatch
National Petroleum Equipment will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 2:30pm on the same day if possible. Orders received after 2:00pm will be dispatched the following working day.
If any goods are out of stock at the time of dispatch they will be placed on backorder and you will be contacted to make alternative arrangements.
 
 
Payment 
For account customers, our payment terms are 30 days EOM (End Of Month).
Non account customers will require to make full payment prior to dispatch.
For large orders, a deposit may be required as agreed with the customer.
 
 
Product Specifications 
National Petroleum Equipment reserves the right to alter product specifications or withdraw products at any time without prior notice.
