Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders delivered within Australia. Customers are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or import charges applicable to orders shipped outside Australia.

 

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY if in saleable condition and notification is received within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns will be credited to your account or original payment method. For unwanted merchandise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon request, replace any merchandise received in damaged condition or supplied as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted, and no replacements issued, without prior approval. Filing of freight or damage claims will be our responsibility.

 

Non‑Returnable Items

Special‑order, custom‑made, non‑stock and incorrectly ordered items (including incorrectly ordered custom items) are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. No exceptions.
